Definitions

Account Eligibility

Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on ntc22. Multiple accounts per person — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. You agree to keep all registration details up to date and to notify ntc22 promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ntc22 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at our sole discretion, ntc22 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

ntc22 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page or within a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited instantly. ntc22 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are typically between 5 minutes and 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's own processing schedule. ntc22 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement and any maximum cash-out limit specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Attempts to withdraw Bonus Funds before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by ntc22 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be clearly stated in the promotion description. A ×15 requirement on a RM 100 bonus means you must place a minimum of RM 1,500 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. This limit is typically between RM 50 and RM 250 per bet and will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Common expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus activation. Uncompleted bonuses are automatically forfeited upon expiry, along with any bonus-derived winnings.

6.4 Abuse and Fraud

ntc22 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, use of Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, and coordinated exploitation of promotional structures. Where abuse is identified, ntc22 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the relevant accounts.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the ntc22 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on ntc22 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ntc22 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, ntc22 will apply fair resolution procedures. Incomplete game rounds will typically be voided and the stake refunded.
• ntc22 reserves the right to suspend or void any bet where there is evidence of irregular market movements, match-fixing, or corruption in relation to the underlying event.
• For sports betting, results are determined by the official governing body result at the time of settlement. ntc22 is not responsible for subsequent amendments to official results unless an error in our settlement process is identified.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are settled according to the combined odds of all included selections. If any single selection is voided, that leg is removed and the parlay is settled on the remaining selections.
• ntc22 offers real-money and in-play betting on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, basketball, and esports. Specific product rules for each sport are available within the relevant section of the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ntc22 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any player who identifies a bug or error must report it immediately via our support channels and must not exploit it.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back any deposit via your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ntc22 Platform — including but not limited to the ntc22 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game assets, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ntc22 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ntc22.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ntc22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming or betting decisions.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors outside ntc22's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your payment provider or banking institution.

Where ntc22's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by ntc22

ntc22 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where we are required to do so for compliance or regulatory purposes, or where account activity indicates potential fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ntc22 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure.
